†Happy and Blessed Morning,

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.  Lord Jesus, Bridegroom of the Church, You have opened the door to my salvation through Your suffering and death.  I stand here before You as a sinner. I offer You the small sacrifices I am called to make this Lent, especially today in which we fast and abstain, may they help strengthen my faith and my soul.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita Mañana,

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Esposo de la Iglesia, Tú has abierto la puerta a mi salvación a través de Tu sufrimiento y muerte. Estoy aquí ante Ti como un pecador.  Te ofrezco los pequeños sacrificios que estoy llamado a hacer en esta Cuaresma, especialmente hoy en que ayunamos y nos abstenemos, que ayuden a fortalecer mi fe y mi alma.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre, San José y los Santos que honramos hoy protejan nuestro camino y nos lleven a Cristo, quien vive y reina con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
