In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ, You are love itself and You pour it out on us freely and abundantly. Come give me the grace to live Your two greatest commandments of love. I choose to love You with my whole heart, mind, soul and strength. I also choose to love all people as You love them. May love then be the instrument in helping us to respect each other in our differences, and help us to always give the best of ourselves.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father…. Hail Mary…

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día.
Gloria a Ti Señor Jesucristo, Tú eres el amor mismo y lo derramas sobre nosotros gratuita y abundantemente. Ven, dame la gracia de vivir Tus dos mayores mandamientos de amor. Elijo Amarte con todo mi corazón, mente, alma y fuerzas. También elijo amar a todas las personas como Tú las amas. Que el amor sea entonces el instrumento que nos ayude a respetarnos unos a otros en nuestras diferencias y a dar siempre lo mejor de nosotros mismos.
