In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.
Father of Heaven, You and the Son along with the Holy Spirit are One, and You are a God of justice, peace and love. Help us begin each day with a quiet and tranquil soul and help us encounter Your presence there. Teach us to quiet the noise of this world and hear Your invitation calling us to participate as members of this One Body in Christ. May the cross You invite us to carry help our souls prepare for the feast You offer us in Heaven.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father…. Hail Mary…

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día.
Padre del cielo, Tú y el Hijo junto con el Espíritu Santo son Uno, y Eres un Dios de justicia, paz y amor. Ayúdanos a comenzar cada día con un alma callada y tranquila y ayúdanos a encontrar allí Tu presencia. Enséñanos a silenciar el ruido de este mundo y escuchar Tu invitación llamándonos a participar como miembros de este Cuerpo Único en Cristo. Que la cruz que nos invitas a llevar ayude a nuestra alma a prepararse para la fiesta que nos ofreces en el Cielo.
Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre, San José y los Santos que honramos hoy protejan nuestro camino y nos lleven a Cristo, quien vive y reina con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén. Padre Nuestro…. Dios te salve Maria…
