†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.  Lord Jesus, zealous lover of souls, everything You did and everything You endured was out of love for us, help us return that love for God and for one another by loving ourselves, by having self respect, by valuing our dignity and life as devine children of God. Grant us Lord the grace to love then when we forgive, to love when we smile, to love when we help others, and to love when it seems hardest to love someone.  May we seek to be near You at every moment, may we seek Your real presence in the Blessed Sacrament, my Lord and my God.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Amante celoso de las almas, todo lo que hiciste y todo lo que soportaste fue por amor a nosotros, ayúdanos a devolver ese amor a Dios y a los demás amándonos a nosotros mismos, respetándonos a nosotros mismos, valorando nuestra dignidad y nuestra vida como hijos divinos de Dios.  Concédenos, Señor, la gracia de amar cuando perdonamos, de amar cuando sonreímos, de amar cuando ayudamos a los demás y de amar cuando parece más difícil amar a alguien. Que busquemos estar cerca de Ti en todo momento, que busquemos Tu presencia real en el Santísimo Sacramento, mi Señor y mi Dios.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre, San José y los Santos que honramos hoy protejan nuestro camino y nos lleven a Cristo, quien vive y reina con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
