†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.  Lord Jesus, example of virtues, today you remind us that You are the sower in our lives, You come to fill our lives with peace, love, and joy.  Let us place in Your hands all that saddens us, all that worries us, and all that is toxic in our lives to remove them from our hearts.  Help us by Your Word to be firm in our faith, to be strong in our convictions, and to live according to Your will.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, ejemplo de virtudes, hoy nos recuerdas que eres el sembrador en nuestras vidas, Tú vienes a llenar nuestra vida de paz, amor y alegría. Dejemos en Tus manos todo lo que nos entristece, todo lo que nos preocupa y todo lo que es tóxico en nuestras vidas para sacarlos de nuestro corazón. Ayúdanos por Tu Palabra a ser firmes en nuestra fe, a ser fuertes en nuestras convicciones y a vivir de acuerdo a Tu voluntad.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
