†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus, Zealous Lover of souls, Your love is our great treasure, may we never lose sight of it and allow Your love and Your light to transform our lives.  As we begin this day grant us first a healthy soul to be at peace with ourselves, a healthy body to serve one another, and a healthy mind to have clarity of Your commandments. Keep us from all temptations and attachments that separate us from Your love.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Amante celoso de las almas, Tu amor es nuestro gran tesoro, que nunca lo perdamos de vista y permitamos que Tu amor y Tu luz transformen nuestras vidas. Al comenzar este día, concédenos primero un alma sana para estar en paz con nosotros mismos, un cuerpo sano para servirnos unos a otros y una mente sana para tener claridad de Tus mandamientos. Guárdanos de todas las tentaciones y apegos que nos separan de Tu amor.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
