†Good morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus Christ, Bread of angels, our daily Bread, You are in every one of our hearts, may Your presence help us live in the Truth.  Come help us by Your grace to do everything with love, with generosity, and with devotion. May the fasting of this day be with complete liberty and not forced.  May it be consciously voluntary to know what it’s like not to have something we need or want.  Help us offer fasting also from our bad habits, our negativity to feel the joy of a healthy and positive attitude. Come satisfy the cravings of our souls and help us value what we have and who we have in our lives.  Holy Mary, Mother of God, you who knows Jesus in the most intimate way, pray for us, Lord Jesus hear our prayers and bring us to everlasting life.  Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesucristo, Pan de ángeles, nuestro Pan de cada día, Tú estás en cada uno de nuestros corazones, que Tu presencia nos ayude a vivir en la Verdad. Ven ayúdanos con Tu gracia a hacer todo con amor, con generosidad y con devoción. Que el ayuno de este día sea con total libertad y no forzado. Que sea conscientemente voluntario para saber lo que es no tener algo que necesitamos o queremos. Ayúdanos a ofrecer el ayuno también de nuestros malos hábitos, nuestra negatividad para sentir la alegría de una actitud sana y positiva. Ven a satisfacer los antojos de nuestras almas y ayúdanos a valorar lo que tenemos y a quien tenemos en nuestras vidas. Santa María, Madre de Dios, tú que conoces a Jesús de la manera más íntima, ruega por nosotros, Señor Jesus, escucha nuestra oración y llevanos a la vida eterna.  Amén
