†Good morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus Christ, Son of the Eternal Father, today we enter the season of Lent, 40 days of prayer and fasting, may we enter silently, doing all things with faith, with conviction and out of love for You.  Help us be conscious of the changes we need in our lives, to be happy, and to be faithful children of God. I place all of my trust in You Lord, engrave upon my heart a deep faith, increased hope and charity, and true sorrow for my sins. May this Lenten Season reveal to us how beautiful and good You are, may Your Wounds of love transform our lives.  Holy Mary, Mother of Sorrows, for the love of Your Son, pray to Him for us. Lord Jesus Have mercy on me, and on all sinners.  Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesucristo, Hijo del Padre Eterno, hoy entramos en el tiempo de Cuaresma, 40 días de oración y ayuno, entremos en silencio, haciendo todo con fe, con convicción y por amor a Ti. Ayúdanos a ser conscientes de los cambios que necesitamos en nuestra vida, para ser felices y para ser fieles hijos de Dios. Pongo toda mi confianza en Ti, Señor, grava en mi corazón, una fe profunda, una mayor esperanza y caridad, y un verdadero dolor por mis pecados. Que esta Cuaresma nos revele lo hermoso y bueno que Eres, que Tus Llagas de amor transformen nuestras vidas. Santa María, Madre de los Dolores, por el amor de Tu Hijo, ruega a Él por nosotros. Señor Jesús, ten piedad de mí y de todos los pecadores. Amén
