†Good morning, Merry Chritsmas,

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus, Bread of Life, You became incarnate to be our life giving bread, Help me as I begin this day to believe You are truly present in the Eucharist. And, in receiving You, may the Holy Spirit help me to be confident in my convictions, to be honest, truthful, and sincere in all that I do and say. Help me also with Your grace to recognize and to follow Your gentle commands as the guiding light of my life. May I trust and believe that You know every detail of my life and yet You love me unconditionally.  Holy Mary, Mother of God you who received without question the life of Jesus pray for us, Lord Jesus hear our prayers and bring us to everlasting life.  Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Pan de Vida, Tú te encarnaste para ser nuestro pan de vida, ayúdame al comienzo de este día a creer que estás verdaderamente presente en la Eucaristía. Y al recibirte, que el Espíritu Santo me ayude a tener confianza en mis convicciones, a ser honesto, veraz y sincero en todo lo que hago y digo. Ayúdame también con Tu gracia a reconocer y seguir Tus tiernos mandamientos como la luz que guía mi vida. Que pueda confiar y creer que Tú conoces cada detalle de mi vida y, sin embargo, me amas incondicionalmente.  Santa María, Madre de Dios, tú que recibiste sin duda la vida de Jesús, ruega por nosotros, Señor Jesus, escucha nuestra oración y llevanos a la vida eterna.  Amén
