In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost I begin this day.
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ, Your friendship invites us to be with You all day long, to talk to You from the moment I wake up to the moment I fall asleep. My Lord, my God, help me to be a person of prayer, to not be afraid of fasting, and to not be afraid of being alone with You. I know it is You Jesus who will save me, it is You who will give me eternal life, may I never stop praying and never stop trusting in You.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father.. Hail Mary..

Señor mío, Dios mío, ayúdame a ser una persona de oración, a no tener miedo al ayuno y a no tener miedo de estar a solas Contigo. Sé que eres Tú Señor Jesús quien me salvará, eres Tú quien me dará la vida eterna, que nunca deje de orar y nunca deje de confiar en Ti.
