In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost I begin this day.
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ, You are infinitely compassionate and merciful and nothing bad or evil ever comes from You. You invite us all to be happy and to share that joy with others. May our thoughts, words and actions bring relief to those that carry heavy burdens and suffer pains, to those that are sick, and to those that are tired. Grant us Your presence in all that we do, make us meek and humble of heart and generous in mercy and love.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father.. Hail Mary..

Que nuestros pensamientos, palabras y acciones traigan alivio a los que llevan cargas pesadas y sufren dolores, a los que están enfermos y a los que están cansados. Concédenos Tu presencia en todo lo que hacemos, haznos mansos y humildes de corazón y generosos en misericordia y amor.
