In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost I begin this day.
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ, Zealous Lover of souls, Your love is our great treasure, may we never lose sight of it and allow Your love and Your light to transform our lives. As we begin this day grant us first a healthy soul to be at peace with ourselves, a healthy body to serve one another, and a healthy mind to have clarity of Your commandments. Keep us from all temptations and attachments that separate us from Your love.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father.. Hail Mary..

Al comenzar este día, concédenos primero un alma sana para estar en paz con nosotros mismos, un cuerpo sano para servirnos unos a otros y una mente sana para tener claridad de Tus mandamientos. Guárdanos de todas las tentaciones y apegos que nos separan de Tu amor.
