THappy and Blessed Day
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost I begin this day.
Eternal Father, in Your endless mercy and in Your tender compassion, look kindly upon me, a sinner and grant me a peaceful day. May we all give You thanks for this new day and for every gift of life. And, as we receive the Body of Christ grant us the strength to do works of faith, labor of love, enduring in hope of our Lord Jesus Christ.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father…. Hail Mary…

En el nombre Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día.
Padre Eterno, en Tu infinita misericordia y en Tu tierna compasión, mírame bondadosamente a mí, un pecador, y concédeme un día de paz. Que todos te demos gracias por este nuevo día y por cada regalo de la vida. Y, al recibir el Cuerpo de Cristo, concédenos la fuerza para hacer obras de fe, labores de amor, perseverando en la esperanza de nuestro Señor Jesucristo.
