In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Ghost I begin this day.
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ, You don’t just simply ask us to follow You, You ask us to pick up our cross and follow You. Help us to joyfully pick up the Cross which You have given us to carry this day. Grant that we may grow in holiness and strengthen our faith when we offer God our sufferings and sacrifices.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Ghost, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father…. Hail Mary…

En el nombre Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día.
Gloria a Ti Señor Jesucristo, Tú no nos pides simplemente que Te sigamos, sino que nos pides que tomemos nuestra cruz y Te sigamos. Ayúdanos a tomar con alegría la Cruz que nos has dado para llevar en este día. Concédenos crecer en santidad y fortalecer nuestra fe cuando ofrecemos a Dios nuestros sufrimientos y sacrificios.
