Happy and Blessed Day

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.
Oh Sacred Heart of Jesus, pierced by the lance, Oh Blood and Water which gushed forth as a Fount of Mercy for us, I trust in You! In Your hands I place my fears, my desires, my sorrows, and my needs. You who is all goodness, help me find in You, strength, truth and guidance. Open my heart and heal it of all that keeps me from loving You and my neighbor, and in turn, help me find in You true peace and rest.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father…. Hail Mary…

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día.
¡Oh Sagrado Corazón de Jesús, traspasado por la lanza, oh Sangre y Agua que brotasteis como Fuente de Misericordia para nosotros, en Vos confío! En Tus manos pongo mis miedos, mis deseos, mis penas y mis necesidades. Tú que eres todo bondad, ayúdame a encontrar en Ti, fuerza, verdad y guía. Abre mi corazón y sánalo de todo lo que me impide amarte a Ti y al prójimo, y a su vez, ayúdame a encontrar en Ti la verdadera paz y el descanso.
Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre, San José y los Santos que honramos hoy protejan nuestro camino y nos lleven a Cristo, quien vive y reina con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén. Padre Nuestro…. Dios te salve Maria…
