† Good Morning,
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.
Glory to You Lord Jesus Christ, we believe that You and the Father are One, and Your mission is for us to know the Father, and to proclaim the King of Heaven. As we continue these 40 days of Lent heal our troubled conscience and strengthen our spirit with Your grace. May we not only abstain from eating meat, help us also to abstain from idle words, vain thoughts, from gossiping, and from all those things that hurt our relationship with You and our beloved neighbor. May we approach You today in Spiritual Communion with adoration, praise and thanksgiving, let us come to worship Him only, the Rock who saves us.
May the intercession of our Blessed Mother, St Joseph and the Saints we honor today protect our way and bring us to Christ, who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen. Our Father…. Hail Mary…

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día.
Gloria a Ti Señor Jesucristo, creemos que Tú y el Padre sois Uno, y Tu misión es que nosotros conozcamos al Padre, y anunciemos al Rey de los Cielos. Mientras continuamos estos 40 días de Cuaresma sana nuestra conciencia atribulada y fortalece nuestro espíritu con Tu gracia. Que no solo nos abstengamos de comer carne, ayúdanos también a abstenernos de palabras ociosas, pensamientos vanos, de chismes y de todas aquellas cosas que dañan nuestra relación Contigo y con nuestro amado prójimo. Que hoy nos acerquemos a Ti en Comunión Espiritual con adoración, alabanza y acción de gracias, vengamos a adorarle sólo a Él, la Roca que nos salva.
Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre, San José y los Santos que honramos hoy protejan nuestro camino y nos lleven a Cristo, quien vive y reina con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén. Padre Nuestro…. Dios te salve Maria…
