†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.  Lord Jesus, Son of God, Your words are very clear in telling us that to live forever we need to believe in You and Your words.  Help our unbelief that You are truly present in the Eucharist, that we need to be nourished with Your Word and Your Body.  May our human condition allow us to see ourselves as Your people, and may we search for You first to have eternal life, and not just to have material things and temporary comforts that soon fade away.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Hijo de Dios, Tus palabras son muy claras al decirnos que para vivir para siempre necesitamos creer en Ti y en Tus palabras. Ayuda a nuestra incredulidad de que Tú estás verdaderamente presente en la Eucaristía, que necesitamos ser nutridos con Tu Palabra y Tu Cuerpo. Que nuestra condición humana nos permita vernos a nosotros mismos como Tu pueblo, y que Te busquemos primero para tener vida eterna, y no solo para tener cosas materiales y comodidades temporales que pronto se acaban.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
