†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.  Lord Jesus, Infinite Goodness, we thank you for the opportunity to see the light of another day, and as we go about this day help us have a clear and firm discernment over all that is good for our spiritual growth, and all that separates us from Your love.  May our weaknesses and our erroneous ways not prevent us from praising and glorifying You, from wanting to be nourished by Your Word and Your Flesh.  Help us to not live in fear of death, but to live confident in Your promises of a resurrection.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Bondad Infinita, Te agradecemos por la oportunidad de ver la luz de otro día, y en lo que avanzamos en este día, ayúdanos a tener un discernimiento claro y firme sobre todo lo que es bueno para nuestro crecimiento espiritual y de todo lo que nos separa de Tu amor.  Que nuestras debilidades y nuestros errores no nos impidan Alabarte y Glorificarte, y de querer ser nutridos por Tu Palabra y Tu Carne. Ayúdanos a no vivir con miedo a la muerte, sino a vivir confiando en Tus promesas de la resurrección.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
