†Happy and Blessed morning,
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus, most admirable, as we begin this new day grant us the grace to get closer to You and to love one another as You do. Remove from our hearts all anger, envy, jealousy, and fear, and make it a heart full of joy, tenderness, and compassion. May the Holy Spirit sanctify every step we take to leave footprints of Your presence everywhere we go, and bless our lips to proclaim the wondrous deeds You have done in our lives. May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, mas admirable, al comenzar este nuevo día concédenos la gracia de acercarnos a Ti y amarnos unos a otros como Tú. Quita de nuestro corazón todo enojo, envidia, celos y miedo, y haz de él un corazón lleno de gozo, ternura y compasión. Que el Espíritu Santo santifique cada paso que demos para dejar huellas de Tu presencia dondequiera que vayamos, y que bendiga nuestros labios para proclamar las maravillas que has hecho en nuestras vidas. Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén
