†Happy and Blessed morning,
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus, Risen Lord, as we begin this day help us feel Your presence, Help us hear Your voice calling us by name. Come guide and protect our steps, be our Strength and our Refuge. Help us turn away from all sadness, from all that troubles our hearts and turn to You to find hope, joy, and complete love. May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Señor resucitado, al comenzar este día ayúdanos a sentir Tu presencia, ayúdanos a escuchar Tu voz llamándonos por nuestro nombre. Ven, guía y protege nuestros pasos, sé nuestra Fortaleza y nuestro Refugio. Ayúdanos a apartarnos de toda tristeza, de todo lo que aflige nuestro corazón y volvernos a Ti para encontrar esperanza, alegría y amor completo. Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén
