†Happy and Blessed morning,
In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus, You are infinitely compassionate and merciful and nothing bad or evil ever comes from You. You invite us all to be happy and to share that joy with others. May our thoughts, words and actions bring relief to those that carry heavy burdens and suffer pains, to those that are sick, and to those that are tired. Grant us Your presence in all that we do, make us meek and humble of heart and generous in mercy and love. May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever. Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Eres infinitamente compasivo y misericordioso y nada malo o malvado viene de Ti. Tú nos invitas a todos a ser felices y a compartir esa alegría con los demás. Que nuestros pensamientos, palabras y acciones traigan alivio a los que llevan cargas pesadas y sufren dolores, a los que están enfermos y a los que están cansados. Concédenos Tu presencia en todo lo que hacemos, haznos mansos y humildes de corazón y generosos en misericordia y amor. Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos. Amén
