†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day.  Lord Jesus, our way and our life, You are everywhere and with everyone calling each of us to follow You, help us to let go of those things that keep us from You, our burdens, our fears, our doubts, our weakness.  Help us be one with You and in You as You are with our Father, help us work together, help us be united in faith, in baptism, and in Your love.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, nuestro camino y nuestra vida, Tú estás en todas partes y con todos llamándonos a seguirte, ayúdanos a soltar esas cosas que nos alejan de Ti, nuestras cargas, nuestros miedos, nuestras dudas, nuestras debilidades. Ayúdanos a ser uno Contigo y en Ti como Tú eres con nuestro Padre, ayúdanos a trabajar juntos, ayúdanos a estar unidos en la fe, en el bautismo y en Tu amor.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
