†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Jesus Christ, Eternal High Priest, You came to offer Yourself completely for our salvation, may we as Christians follow Your example of giving of ourselves for others. Come inspire us to do all things with love, move our hearts to give freely of our time, our service, our care, and to offer our help before being asked.  Help us be and live conscious of the fact that You live in us, come help us empty ourselves to be filled with Your presence, Your light, and with Your peace.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Eterno Sumo Sacerdote, Tú viniste a ofrecerte completamente por nuestra salvación, que como Cristianos sigamos Tu ejemplo de entregarnos por los demás. Ven a inspirarnos a hacer todas las cosas con amor, mueve nuestro corazón para dar libremente de nuestro tiempo, nuestro servicio, nuestro cuidado, y de ofrecer nuestra ayuda antes de que lo pidan. Ayúdanos a ser y vivir conscientes de que Tú vives en nosotros, ven ayúdanos a vaciarnos para llenarnos de Tu presencia, Tu luz y Tu paz. Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
