†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Jesus Christ, our God, You became flesh to save us from sin, You died to save us from death, You Resurrected to give us life eternal, Your Body and Blood continues to be our nourishment, our medicine, our light, our Bread of Life.  We ask especially today to increase our love for the Eucharist, increase our faith, and our belief that You are truly present there in Body, Blood, Soul and Divinity. As we receive You in Communion today, open our eyes and our hearts to see and feel Your immense love for us.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, Dios nuestro, Tú te hiciste carne para salvarnos del pecado, Moriste para salvarnos de la muerte, Resucitaste para darnos la vida eterna, Tu Cuerpo y Tu Sangre siguen siendo nuestro alimento, nuestra medicina, nuestra luz, nuestro Pan de Vida. Te pedimos especialmente hoy que aumentes nuestro amor por la Eucaristía, aumenta nuestra fe y nuestra creencia de que estás verdaderamente presente allí en Cuerpo, Sangre, Alma y Divinidad. Al recibirte hoy en la Comunión, abre nuestros ojos y nuestro corazón para ver y sentir Tu inmenso amor por nosotros.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
