†Happy and Blessed morning, 

In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Jesus Christ, second Person of the Most Holy Trinity, You share a perfect unity of love and communion, as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. Help me to come to know and love You, and to fully accept and understand this perfect model of unity. And as I grow in love for You, Most Holy Trinity, help me to bring that love into every relationship I have in my life.  And, as we receive You in the Most Holy Eucharist, may we receive You with dignity and allow You to come and dwell within our souls and fill our hearts with Your peace.  May the intercession of our Blessed Mother and St Joseph protect our way and bring us to You, You who lives and reigns with the Father and the Holy Spirit, God, for ever and ever.   Amen

†Feliz y Bendita mañana, 

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesús, segunda Persona de la Santísima Trinidad, compartes una perfecta unidad de amor y comunión, como Padre, Hijo y Espíritu Santo. Ayúdame a conocerte y amarte, y a aceptar y comprender plenamente este modelo perfecto de unidad. Y a medida que crezca en amor por Ti, Santísima Trinidad, ayúdame a llevar ese amor a todas las relaciones que tengo en mi vida. Y, al recibirte en la Santísima Eucaristía, que podamos recibirte con dignidad y permitirte que vengas y habites dentro de nuestras almas, y llenes nuestros corazones con Tu paz.  Que la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre y San José proteja nuestro camino y nos lleve a Ti, Tú que vives y reinas con el Padre y el Espíritu Santo, Dios, por los siglos de los siglos.  Amén
