In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus Christ, King and center of all hearts, it was out of pure love for us that You willingly endure every form of hardship and human suffering. And You never gave into the temptations in the desert or at any other time in Your life. Come be my strength and my inspiration in the midst of whatever I am tempted with each and every day of my life. May every word i hear from You through the liturgy remain always in my heart. Holy Mary, Mother of God, you who knows Jesus in the most intimate way, pray for us, Lord Jesus hear our prayers and bring us to everlasting life. Amen

En el nombre del Padre, y del Hijo y del Espíritu Santo empiezo este día. Señor Jesucristo, Rey y centro de todos los corazones, fue por puro amor por nosotros que Tú soportaste voluntariamente toda forma de insulto y sufrimiento humano. Y nunca cediste a las tentaciones en el desierto ni en ningún otro momento de Tu vida. Ven a ser mi fuerza e inspiración en medio de todas las tentaciones que surgen cada día de mi vida. Que cada palabra que escuche de Ti a través de la liturgia permanezca siempre en mi corazón. Santa María, Madre de Dios, tú que conoces a Jesús de la manera más íntima, ruega por nosotros, Señor Jesus, escucha nuestra oración y llevanos a la vida eterna. Amén
