In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus Christ, You are love and mercy itself, a Gift which we have no right to receive. Help us to always respond to Your generosity and Your grace with great humility and faith. May our hearts understand how privileged we are to receive You, especially in the Gift of Holy Communion. May Your Body and Blood bring us peace, strength, joy and salvation. Holy Mary, Mother of God, you who knows Jesus in the most intimate way, pray for us, Lord Jesus hear our prayers and bring us to everlasting life. Amen

Ayúdanos a responder siempre a Tu generosidad y Tu gracia con gran humildad y fe. Que nuestros corazones comprendan lo privilegiados que somos de recibirte, especialmente en el Don de la Sagrada Comunión. Que Tu Cuerpo y Sangre nos traigan paz, fuerza, gozo y salvación.
