In the name of the Father, and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit I begin this day. Lord Jesus, our Way and our Life, how good You are with me, for granting me another day of life, even Your words that come to warn me of my failings are full of love. Woe to me if I don’t follow the Spirit, and I let the works of the flesh to control my life! Help me live my life in Your works, in doing good for others, and in loving You above all. May You always be the source of my joy, You are all i need. This I pray through the intercession of our Blessed Mother Mary to, our Lord, Jesus Christ. Amen

Señor Jesús, Camino y Vida nuestra, qué bueno eres conmigo, por concederme un día más de vida, hasta Tus palabras que vienen a advertirme de mis fallas están llenas de amor. ¡Ay de mí si no sigo al Espíritu y dejo que las obras de la carne controlen mi vida! Ayúdame a vivir mi vida en Tus obras, en hacer el bien a los demás y en amarte a Ti sobre todo. Que siempre seas Tú la fuente de mi alegría, Tu eres todo lo que necesito. Esto lo ruego a través de la intercesión de nuestra Santísima Madre María a nuestro Señor Jesucristo. Amén
